Sumac has a distinctive Middle Eastern inspired decor and its influences include dark wooden hand etched floorboards, a vibrant fuschia colour scheme featuring rich, sumptuous fabrics, dark metal latticework and traditional Moroccan hanging lamps.
A dramatic floor to ceiling cream curtain sweeps along one side of the room, and a bronze mirrored bar stands at one end. The space features views of North Quay Marina and an outdoor area, which are perfect with a cocktail setup for pre dinner drinks.
This venue boasts an informal lounge and private bridal suite on a mezzanine level, complete with mini-bar and bathroom, providing bridal parties with luxurious and private retreat from the festivities below. Featuring dramatic fuschia wallpaper, the bridal suite provides a rich and colourful backdrop for photos.
